Privacy.

Short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

Who we are

This website, justburgers.in, is run by Just Burgers ("we", "us"), a family-run vegetarian cloud kitchen in Faridabad, Haryana, India. This policy explains what happens to information you share with us through this website.

Orders placed on Swiggy or Zomato are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies. We receive only what they pass to us to prepare and deliver your order.

What we collect

When you use the contact form

Your name, the email address and/or phone number you give us, the topic you pick, and your message. We also record the time it was sent and the IP address it came from, so we can block spam and abuse.

When you browse

  • Server logs. Like every website, our server records basic request details — IP address, page requested, time, and browser type — to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site: pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, approximate location (city level), and which buttons you tap. It uses cookies (named _ga and _ga_*). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on .
  • Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser for this purpose only and does not use them for advertising.

We don't ask for, and don't want, payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal information on this website.

How we use it

  • To read and reply to your message.
  • To understand what's working on the site and improve it.
  • To keep the site safe from spam, fraud and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we won't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run this website, and only for the purposes above:

  • Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its logs.
  • Google, for website analytics.
  • Cloudflare, for spam protection on the contact form.
  • The messaging and email services that deliver contact-form messages to our phones.

We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically, unless we need them longer to resolve an ongoing issue or meet a legal obligation. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it, and you can withdraw any consent you've given. Just write to us through the contact page and we'll respond as quickly as we can.

Children

This website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to messages is limited to the people who run Just Burgers!. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how your information is handled, contact our Grievance Officer through the contact page . We'll acknowledge it promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
